NextGen Under30 Kansas

NextGen Under30 Kansas aims to identify and recognize local talent. By organizing such a program, the Kansas Department of Commerce hopes to encourage Kansas residents to continue working and residing in the state while also attracting prospective out-of-state students to attend local universities. Award winners are selected based on their participation and contribution to their communities, and a panel of respected business and civic leaders serve as program judges.
