Our 2026 President Shares What We Do

Benefitting Kansas Communities

The mission of the Kansas Masonic Foundation is to benefit Kansans by funding academic, scientific, and charitable endeavors. We take that mission seriously, developing related programs and donating millions of dollars to cancer research, scholarships, local community grants, and more.

We also strive to meet our Masonic Obligation to help fellow Masons and their families through financial assistance and a matching funds program that amplifies the impact of local lodges in their communities.

What People Are Saying

“We’re seeing a lot of individuals and families that are struggling with food insecurity and financial hardships. … We step in by offering resources that fill those gaps.

“Thank you so much for picking Neighbor to Neighbor Abilene as one of the organizations to get [a Local Community Grant]. It means so much to us. It reminds us that we’re not alone in this. Our whole county will benefit, especially the small towns in rural areas. Those families and individuals will really be helped by this.”

“Our mission is to help children in foster care who have been abused, neglected, and/or human trafficked. It means the world to us that our local Masonic lodge supports our organization because we can … serve even more kids in our community. We have a lot of challenges trying to get volunteers into our organization, and this money is going to help us be more present in the community, so I really appreciate it from the bottom of my heart.”

“Knowing that Parkinson’s Disease is the fastest-growing brain disease, our goal is to provide a resource for those here in Wichita. … This [Local Community Grant] will strengthen and expand our evening support group while removing financial barriers by funding this class for the entire year.

“This gift … will give us the opportunity to share tools and resources with those at a younger age but also to increase their overall health, give them an opportunity to make connections, and most importantly, give them hope.

“We can build a stronger, more resilient community where no one faces Parkinson’s alone.”
